AcTex
AcTex provides a specialized trainee development program, for cross-knowledge in the entire value chain of the textile business and to create careers in the sector. AcTex contributes to the enhancement of professions in this important national industry, aligning the development programs of each trainee with the best technical scientific practices of reference educational institutions. Several reference companies in the textile sector have joined forces and defined a tailor made trainee program for each selected candidate, in partnership with reference educational institutions in the area. The development plan for each trainee is carried out “on the job”, in each company, always keeping in mind the vectors of innovation, diversification, sustainability and digital transition.
